Policies and Procedures


Thank you for booking with Esteemed Beauty & CO.


***If you or anyone you have been around has experienced any symptoms of COVID-19, please reschedule for a later time. Preferably 14 days after initial contact. 


Please read prior to booking service(s). 


SQUEEZE-IN FEES:

Squeeze Ins Fee (if available)-$50

Early bird/After hours- $50

Holiday appointments- $75 


  • Please DO NOT bring additional guests to your appointment.

  • Wash hands prior to service 


NO DEPOSITS = NO APPOINTMENTS 


  • I do not work over other technician’s work!

  • $25 deposit for all services over $50 (the deposit goes towards your remaining balance) 

  • $10 deposit for all services less than $50 (the deposit goes towards your remaining balance)

  • Remaining balances will be paid at the end of the service via ZELLE, CASH APP or CASH 

  • DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE 

  • Please send all deposits to $EsteemedBeauty2020 

Grace Periods Policy

  • There is a 10 minute grace period within the initial start time of the service.

  • After 15 minutes within the initial start of time of service you will be charged a $20 late fee

  • After 20 minutes of the initial start time of the service, the appointment will be canceled and you will be considered a NO CALL NO SHOW. Meaning, you will be charged the FULL PRICE of the service. A new deposit will be required for the rebook. 

  • If you have 2 or more NO CALL NO SHOWS, you will be banned from future booking with Esteemed Beauty & Co. indefinitely. 


Rescheduling and cancellations

  • You can reschedule all appointments 24 hours in advance of the service/appointment.

  • Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the service. 

  • No call, no shows will be charged FULL PRICE of the service. NO NEGOTIATION + a new deposit will be REQUIRED for the next booking service.


Lash Clients

  • Please come with clean lashes. 


Wig Purchases

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL 

  • 22’ circumferences is standard size 

  • If you want a custom unit made, you MUST send in your head measurement within 24 hours. If measurements are NOT sent in a timely manner, the client will receive standard measurements. 

  • Small and Large units are $10.

  • If there is a disputed payment, you WILL be BANNED from booking AND ordering from Esteemed Beauty & Co. 


Makeup Clients

  • Please come with a clean and bare face. 

  • If you have recently received a chemical peel, microdermabrasion, microneedling or advanced aesthetics procedures, please consult with your service provider before booking makeup service. 

  • Makeup wipes will be provided to clean the surface of the face. 


Hair Clients 

  • If booking a bob hairstyle, you will need two packs of hair/bundles for the desired look.

  • If booking hair coloring services for extensions, hair MUST BE given to the specialist 48-72 hours days period to appointment time. 



Waxing Clients

  • Exfoliate 24-48 hours prior to waxing services.

  • Hair should be ¼ of an inch long and two weeks of minimum hair growth before appointment. 

  • If you are using ANY TOPICAL MEDICATIONS, let EBC know. 

  • DO NOT apply moisture before waxing. 

  • DO NOT expose skin to saunas, hot tubs or extreme heat 24-48 hours before appointment. 

  • DO NOT use heavy perfume or oils on the bikini area. This will cause irritation and/or ingrown hairs.
